Assisted Human Reproduction - Halifax by Health Canada

I would like to register for the Health Canada face-to-face consultation to provide input on the proposed regulations being made under the Assisted Human Reproduction Act. The consultation will be held in Halifax on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Westin Nova Scotian. (Please note that you will need to check in at the registration table which is open from 1:00pm to 1:30pm)

Although this event will be held in English, English and French materials will be available to all. The organizers will be able to answer any question in the language of your choice.

Due to space restrictions, registration for this event is limited to the first 100 participants.
